We use a holistic approach, which means that we aim to create overall health of the body, mind, and spirit. Everything is connected and has it's purpose. Treatment involves finding the underlying cause of an issue, the root of the imbalance. Symptoms are our body's way of communicating, healing and cleansing the body. The suppression of symptoms works against the body. We support the body in it's ability to heal itself through the use of herbs and other natural healing practices.
Herbal tinctures are the primary therapeutic preparation used in treatment. These are made from locally wild crafted and/or organic herbs whenever possible. Radicle Root Herbs believes in the ethical harvesting of herbs and no endangered species are used in treatment or any of our products.

In botany, the radicle is the first part of a seedling to emerge from the seed during the process of germination. Radicles are the basis and origin for the entire root system of the plant for its entire life.The primary root grows from the radicle and the herb then grows as the roots spread.
The word radical, literally meaning 'of roots', strongly resonates with our mission to educate and support people through their holistic healing journey. Herbalism is often considered a radical approach to healing, but it is also a tradition with very ancient and deep roots.

Personally, we think radicles are pretty radical and we wanted to honour all the healthy radicles out there whose emergence bring to life all of our precious herbs.
